Chef Paola Colucci embarked on her culinary journey in 2014 when she opened her first restaurant, Pianostrada, nestled in the heart of Trastevere, Rome. She started this venture alongside her closest friend and business partner, Chiara Magliocchetti, as well as her two daughters, Alice and Flaminia Spognetta. Colucci's intuitive mastery in the kitchen has earned her acclaim as one of Rome's most esteemed chefs. She firmly believes in the emotionality of food and the profound importance of engaging with her guests.
